Causes of
Subluxation
The Vertebral
Subluxation Complex is caused by any stress that adversely impacts your body.
- An automobile or
motorcycle accident or incident including occurances involving other forms of
transportation.
- Long sedentary
positions while riding in an automobile or other forms of
transportation.
- An industrial or
occupational accident.
- Occupational
repetitive motion stress.
- Strain injuries
caused by repetitive sports.
- A previous injury or
fall regardless of the time past (even as a toddler).
- An abrupt jolt,
sudden or startling movements.
- Poor body
posture.
- Encountering unusual
working or sports positions.
- Stresses experienced
due to the improper lifting of heavy objects.
- Over exertion or
working when fatigued.
- Stresses of
pregnancy.
- A difficult birth or
delivery.
- Dental
work.
- Drug use or
medications.
- Surgery.
- Emotional shock when
fatigued.
- Being a couch potato
or flabby muscular tone.
Simply due to the fact
that nearly everyone experiences one or more of these stresses means everyone
can have some level of the Vertebral Subluxation Complex and therefore should
get a periodic spinal checkup. |
